Ltd., leading the organisation with a rare blend of resilience, foresight, and an unwavering commitment to transformation. His entrepreneurial journey is built on a legacy that began in 1990, when his family first ventured into India’s coal and rubber sector—laying the foundation for what would eventually become a global mobility solutions enterprise.

    Armed with a Master’s degree in International Business from Deakin University, Australia, Vivek returned to India with a bold entrepreneurial spirit. His first venture may not have succeeded, but it ignited the fire of resilience that continues to shape his leadership today. Each setback became a stepping stone—fueling his progression from international chemical trade to manufacturing specialized rubber sheets, and ultimately to establishing a full-fledged tyre manufacturing company.

    Under his stewardship, Tydoc Tyres has evolved into a trusted name in high-performance tyres, powered by a 500+ strong workforce, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and a rapidly expanding domestic and global footprint. With a strong foundation in business and finance, he holds an MBA in Finance from SHIATS University after completing his graduation from H.R. College, Mumbai.

    Mr. K. N. Harisha serves as Technical & Manufacturing Head at Tydoc Tyres, bringing a robust background in industrial operations and plant leadership. With more than two decades of experience in manufacturing environments, he has overseen complex processes from raw-material input through to finished goods, with a sharp focus on cost-efficiency, quality assurance and lean methodology.

    At Tydoc Tyres, Mr. Harisha drives our technical strategy and production systems, ensuring our facilities are aligned with global best practices and market-ready demands. His expertise in equipment optimisation, process upgrade and cross-functional team leadership positions him as a vital anchor of our operational excellence.
